About the Role

One Core Media is a fully integrated performance agency - combining SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Brand Strategy, Web Development, CRO, and Data Analytics under one roof - with teams across Canada, the US, and Europe. We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join our team.

This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll own the relationships, the strategic communication, and the outcomes for a portfolio of accounts across multiple verticals. You won't be executing campaigns yourself, but you need to understand them deeply enough to guide the teams who do, and to earn the trust of the clients who depend on them.

You're the connective tissue between client ambitions and agency execution. Your ability to build trust, translate strategy, and keep client communication aligned with performance is directly tied to both client retention and agency growth.

What You'll Do

Client Relationships & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients across multiple verticals.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders - client-side and internally - based on trust, transparency, and consistent delivery.
  • Lead regular performance reviews, strategy presentations, and planning sessions with clients and their senior stakeholders.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and escalations quickly and effectively - always with a solution-first mindset.

Project & Account Management

  • Manage all day-to-day operational and communication needs across your accounts with precision and accountability.
  • Build and maintain project plans, set priorities, assign tasks to internal specialists, and track progress to ensure every deadline is met.
  • Monitor campaign health across paid media, SEO, creative, and web projects - escalating risks early and co-ordinating solutions with delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across the agency's project management tool.

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive account growth by proactively identifying and closing opportunities for expanded scope, new services, and upsells - this is a core KPI for this role, not an afterthought.
  • Build account plans that lay out the strategic growth roadmap for each client, and review them quarterly.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for One Core Media in every client interaction.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing or performance agency - this is non-negotiable.
  • Proven track record managing multiple mid-to-large accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Direct experience overseeing and discussing: Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), programmatic/DV360, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO programs, performance creative development, and basic marketing automation.
  • Experience working with or advising on web development and landing page optimization projects is a strong asset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in performance creative strategy (ad concepts, creative testing frameworks, creative briefs).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience working with clients in e-commerce, legal services, consumer products, or other regulated or high-competition verticals.
